ABOUT PAYMENT, PRODUCTION, SAMPLE, PACKAGE AND DELIVERY.
1. Q: Can I ask for a sample before I purchase it?
A: Yes, we can send you one sample, but both the sample fee and the shipment fee is on your side.
2. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal, Western Union, T/T, and L/C payment.
3. Q: Where's the loading port?
A: Our nearest port is Xiamen. If you need us to load goods in other seaport, we will try to help, but you may need to pay extra delivering cost.
4. Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We can deliver goods by air and by ocean. It's mainly depending on
customers' requests. Ocean shipment would take much longer time than air
shipment to Europe and America. But in Asian countries, ocean shipment
would be a good choice, delivery time is fast and delivery cost is low.
5. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: On small order amount, say less than USD5,000, we will require a full payment. For large order amount, we prefer 30% deposit, and balance before delivery. On order amount more than USD10,000, Letter of credit at sight is also acceptable.
6. Q: What's your sample time?
A: If we have stock ones to send to you, we will send the samples out within 3 days. If we have to customize a sample for you, it may take 5 to 15 days.
7. Q: Do you charge sample fees?
A: Yes, we charge sample fees. We charge only a few for stock products, but if you need us to customize samples for you, sample fees could cost more than USD100 to USD200 for a single design. The printing fees are expensive. Therefore we usually recommend clients to place orders directly. You don't have to worry about our product quality, as we use the best material, finest workmanship and processing machines.
8. Q: What's your lead time?
A: If you order our stock products, we can arrange delivery within 3 to 5
days after receiving your payment. If you need customized package and
designs, it could take 15 to 30 days.
9. Q: What's your standard package?
A: Most of our products are packed with opp bag (and head card). Price is subject to order quantity and package requirements
10. Q: Can I have my logo printed on the products? Can I have my customized package?
A: Yes, we provide OEM services. We can print your logo on paper products and make customized package for you.
11. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Air shipped goods take around 5 working days. Ocean shipped goods depends on the destination. The shipping time can take from one week to one month.
12. Q: Could I have my sample fees back if I place the order?
A: It depends. If the samples are our current styles, we'll refund the sample fees to you after you place the bulk order. If samples are customized products, then we could need charge sample fees to cover the cost of developing new products and will not be refund.

13. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a marketing office (Xiamen Umiss Manufacturing And Trading Co., Ltd) in Xiamen founded by our factory in Zhangzhou (Zhangzhou Umiss Paper Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd). Therefore we are both a manufacturer and a trading company. We offer you factory price directly.
14. Q: Do you attend trade shows? Where and When?
A: Yes. We will attend the Global Sources Gifts & Premiums Show on 18-Oct-16 to 21-Oct-16 in AsiaWorld-Expo , Hong Kong, our booth no. is 2Q32. If you happen to attend that show, please come to visit us, we will be very honored! Hope you would inform us in advance when you decide to come so that we can better receive you at the booth. We will also attent the same show in 2017 spring, still in Hong Kong. If you are interested please contact us, we will inform you the detailed info and our booth no. when we have it.
15. Q: What's the scale of your factory?
A: Our factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters, equipped with 20 production machines, with a total number of 50 regular workers and 200 temporary workers.
16. Q: What's your production capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 5,000pcs a day. We have a strong production capacity which enables us consume large orders and therefore make sure the goods to be delivered on time.
17. Q: Where's your main markets?
A: Our products are made of high quality craft paper with finest workmanship. They are mainly exported to the North America, Eruope, Taiwan, Japan, Israel and many other developed countries.
18. Q: What factory audits and products certificates do you have?
A: We don't have any facotry audits by far. But our factory can pass Walmart, Disney and Target factory Audit. Our products are of high standards, can pass relative product certifications.
19. Q: Who's your main clients?
A: Our main clients are Target, Mara-Mi, David Jones and other clients.
20. Q: What's your advantage over other Chinese suppliers?
A: We are a manufacturer, therefore we can offer you a direct factory price without middle rate that is added on by trading companies; except for the price advantages, we are pursuing high quality and fashion design paper decorative products. Therefore you can find good products in good price from us. Thirdly, we have our own R&D team, we can produce products for you at your very design and package requirements. Forthly, we have a strong production capacity enabling us to deliver the goods at a fast pace and to effect orders from large clients.
