1. ON PRICE TERMS

We usually quote price based on EXW price. Will offer FOB, CIF, DDU price at the request of our clients. But we need know the order quantity to caculate the total volume and weight so as to get the right shipping cost. Our loading port is Xiamen.

2. ON PAYMENT TERMS

We accept many payment methods including T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union and Paypal. We require full payment on order amount less than USD3000. For order amount more than that amount, our payment term is 30% depoist, and balance before delivery.

3. ON RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hereby guarantee that all the products we manufactures are of high quality and packed well. In case of defective products or broken package, please report to our sales person with photos at an earliest time. We will repond actively and take measures accordingly.
